1.6.5: Patch Notes
Kemopop! » Devlog
This is a minor update. Usually I like to do these in the midweek, but it's such a nice day today.
- Canonical ages have been added to character bios.
- The settings menu has been updated to improve controller navigability (certain text elements have been removed, and the language option is focused upon opening the menu).
- The game will now attempt to detect a PlayStation controller and show different button hints.
- The game will now show Xbox controller button hints for non-PS controllers.
- Fix: The dead zone for up/down/left/right controller movement has been reduced (a regression broke this).
- Fix: Ice should no longer prematurely freeze if the game is paused.
- Fix: When using the mouse, clicking resume after pausing should no longer drop a sweet.
1.6.5c was a supplemental update while I tried to find better ways to make sure controllers don't lose focus on certain menus. If playing with a controller on the web, the menus should be way more reliable now.

Seems like this patch messed up my save for the online version.
sorry to hear. but, unlikely related to the patch as it has not made any changes to the config mechanism.
web saves are more vulnerable to data loss for a few reasons.
Could also be related to me swapping my antivirus software. But I don't think that should have impacted websaves. But then again, I had to disable it to launch smite properly, so who knows.
